I heat partially by passive solar so the heating bills can be low if you don’t like it overly hot.
There will only be the 2 of us living here. Looking for 1 person who is neat, non-smoking, no parties, no drugs, no alcoholics (light drinking is fine), and no drama. You’ll have your own bedroom and use of the rest of the house.
If you have furniture, we can either use it or store it. There is plenty of storage space.
